Lodge 98 Executive Board

President:  John R. Cross
John Cross has been a police officer for over thirty-six (36) years and affiliated with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Department for thirty-three (33) years.  He has been married to his wife Vicki for thirty-six (36) years and has a son John Jr. is a probation officer and a daughter Michelle as well as two grandchildren.  This is John's third time serving as President Greater Kalamazoo Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 98.  He previously served in the mid 1990's and mid 1980's.  E-Mail:  President@MiFOP98.org

 

West, Harold
Immediate Past President:  Harold Lee West
Harold West has served as a law enforcement officer for Since 1976.  He has been a member of Lodge 98 for 24 years and has held numerous Greater Kalamazoo Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 98 offices such as; President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Sgt. at Arms, and Trustee and is currently the Chairperson of the Diversity Committee for the
Grand Lodge of Fraternal Order of Police as well as committee member for Recruitment and Retention for the State of Michigan Fraternal Order of Police.  He has been employed with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety for eleven years and is currently a Detective.   E-Mail:  ImmediatePastPresident@MiFOP98.org


Revore, David
Past President:  David M. Revore
David has been a law enforcement officer since 1991. He's was elected and served as our Greater Kalamazoo Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 98 as President, Vice President, Past President and Trustee. He is also a Past President of the Kalamazoo Township Police Officers Association (KTPOA). David is a graduate of Michigan State University Detroit College of Law as well as Western Michigan University and the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Law Enforcement Program. He is currently employed as a Sergeant with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Department.  David was selected as the Michigan State Fraternal Order of Police "Peace Officer of the Year 2000."  E-Mail:  PastPresRevore@MiFOP98.org

Buckley, Patrick J.

McMann, Michael T.

Mike McMann is a retired detective from the

DeLeeuw, Dale
Treasurer:  Dale DeLeeuw
Retired from Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety after nearly twenty-eight years of service where he held the position of Director of Professional Standards.  Dale hold a Masters Degree in Accounting and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.  DeLeeuw is Past Vice President of the Kalamazoo Police Officers Association (KPOA), Past KPOA Representative on the Pension Board, and Past Police Representative on the "High On Heroes" Scholarship Committee.

Looman, Terry
Sgt. At Arms:  Terry A. Looman
Terry Looman served 30 years in law enforcement.  He retired after 27 years with the Portage Police Department where he served as a sergeant.  He has also served as a Deputy with the Allegan County Sheriff's Department, and the Chief of Police with the Fennville Police Department.  Looman has been involved with Lodge 98 since 1982 and has functioned as Chairperson for the

Smith, Donald E. Jr.
District Director:  Donald E. Smith Jr.
Don has been a law enforcement officer since 1975.  He has served for the past twenty-eight (28) years with the Charter Township of Kalamazoo Police Department.  His current rank is Detective.  He is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Public Administration.  He has served the
